Melissa, once the proud owner of beloved horses Whiskey, Kahlua and Tequlia, found solace in creating Tipsy Bars when her cherished companion Kahlua Lily passed away. In a heartfelt tribute, she transformed the passion and memories from the equestrian world into the vibrant world of mobile bars.

With a background deeply rooted in bartending and customer service, Melissa has seamlessly woven these skills into the fabric of Tipsy Bars. Each drink crafted is a testament to over two decades of dedication and a genuine love for creating unforgettable experiences. Also known as Pinche Whiskey, Melissa's inaugural equine companion, entered their lives on December 14, 2018, igniting an instant connection. Despite Whiskey's spirited nature, Melissa learned patience and love from him. Fondly regarded as the ranch's "pet," Whiskey transitioned to Temecula, CA, where he now serves as a therapy horse for children with autism, bringing joy and comfort to many.
